The concept of METAHYPNOSIS is complete

After several years of studying hypnosis, suggestion, meditation and altered states of consciousness — and after a series of experimental sessions and group and individual practices — the concept of METAHYPNOSIS has taken shape.

Its core elements will be set out in Denis Bohush’s forthcoming book “METAHYPNOSIS: From Psychotherapy to Higher States of Consciousness”.

This is a new concept in the study of consciousness and in therapy. It brings together the principles of classical hypnosis, transpersonal psychology, neurophysiology and metaphysics. It is aimed at inducing and guiding higher, transcendent states of consciousness that lie beyond everyday perception and experience.

A key element of the concept is the mapping of states of consciousness and levels of perceiving reality, together with the physiological markers of brain activity.
