Refunds and exchanges

Write to info@bohushneuro.com from the email you used when ordering. Include the order number, what you are returning and why. We reply within 3 business days.

• Full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not started using the materials: no lessons opened, no recordings played and nothing downloaded.
• Once you start using the digital content it is non-refundable: when ordering you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that starting to use it ends your right of withdrawal (the consumer-law exception for digital content and audio/video recordings).
• Technical problems. If access does not work through our fault and we have not fixed it within 7 days of your message, we refund the full price.
• Paid for the same course twice by mistake? We refund the duplicate payment in full.

• In proper condition: return or exchange within 14 days of receipt if the book is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping via Nova Poshta is paid by the buyer.
• Defective or damaged: we replace the book or refund it and pay shipping both ways. Please attach a photo of the defect.
• If a parcel arrives damaged, it is best not to accept it: have a report drawn up at the Nova Poshta branch and let us know — we will send a new copy.
• You can exchange for another copy or a different book; any price difference is paid or refunded.

• Refunds go back to the card used for payment, via WayForPay.
• We initiate the refund within 7 calendar days of approving the request, and for books — of receiving the returned copy.
• How long it takes to reach your card depends on your bank, usually 3–7 business days.
• Shipping costs for books in proper condition are not refunded.

These rules form part of the Public offer and comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". Where the law gives you broader rights, the law applies.
