Privacy policy

This Policy sets out how personal data of users of bohushneuro.com (the "Site") is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI. For visitors from the European Union we also follow the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the extent it applies to us.

By using the Site, sending a form or placing an order you confirm that you have read this Policy.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

• Contact form: name, email, subject and message text.
• Orders: full name, phone, email, order contents and amount; for printed books — the Nova Poshta city and branch, parcel locker or delivery address.
• Account: email, a securely hashed password, purchased courses and materials, learning progress.
• Payment: payments are processed by WayForPay. We never receive or store full card details — only the payment status, amount and a technical transaction ID.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, interface language, cookies (see section 6).

• concluding and performing the contract (public offer): processing orders, granting access to digital content, delivering books, issuing refunds;
• answering your requests and questions about studying;
• complying with legal obligations (accounting, tax, fiscal receipts);
• legitimate interest: security of the Site, preventing fraud and abuse;
• your consent: newsletters and analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only to the extent needed for the purpose:

• WayForPay — to accept payments;
• Nova Poshta — to deliver printed books;
• our hosting and email providers — to run the Site and send emails;
• public authorities — where and as required by law.

Some providers may process data outside Ukraine; in that case we choose services that ensure an adequate level of protection.

• order and payment data — for the periods required by accounting and tax law;
• your account and access to purchased materials — until you ask us to delete the account;
• contact form messages — up to 3 years from the last correspondence;
• technical logs — up to 12 months.

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies (session, cart, chosen language, sign-in) without which it cannot work properly. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent and help us improve the Site.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some features (cart, sign-in) may then stop working.

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you have the right to:

• know what data about you is processed, why and by whom;
• access your data;
• have inaccurate data corrected or data deleted;
• object to processing and withdraw consent;
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, your local data protection authority, or a court.

To exercise your rights, write to info@bohushneuro.com. We reply within 30 calendar days.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to data to staff who need it, store passwords only in hashed form and keep the Site software up to date.

The Site and the programmes are intended for adults. Persons under 16 may use the Site and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
